Blank screen

Cannot get passed the setup screen due to an issue with Amazon. I have one disappointed kid tonight that wanted to watch Netflix in his bedroom. Been told two different times to try again in 3 hours to login. Still no success.

As our Fire TV is Internet capable make sure that the TV is connected to a stable WiFi network and not many devices are taking bandwidth from it at the moment of the setup. Dumb tv

A friend set it up for me and followed set up directions. You have to follow a weird ritual to just watch plain tv. If you want to watch a special channel the only way to get back to regular channels is to pull plug and let it restart. Smart tv...dumb tv more like it.

Decent Tv. Don’t like how it starts.

Worst TV we've ever purchased

We should have never kept the second. The first one on day 4 just stopped working couldn't change channels, shut off by itself, would go blank. The second one is just as bad except it was beyond retuen limit days so we're stuck.

Broke down in 3 weeks

Best Buy's 15 day return policy (ridiculous) prevented us from returning it and now we are dealing with a broken down brand new tv less with than a month of use

Now our 9 year old has no TV and keeps bugging us to watch our TV...Help US Oh yeah...and Best Buy says, "NOT RETURNABLE". THANKS!

Bad Choice

Why should you need your Amazon pin to set it up? Then a week later the screen froze and wouldn't go off. That time I had to call my internet provider. Yesterday, screen froze again. I would NEVER recommend it to anyone,, esp. a senior.
