    Should of bought the Roku version. I cannot find an app for Charter on the Fire TV edition.

    The Insignia Tv is fine, but the Fire Tv Software is a headache, resets itself several times per day on its own, I just gave this away to a relative! too much of a hassle

    Struggling with TV when it turns on.. takes forever to go to the start up screen and select what you want to watch. Have had to unplug and plug TV back in multiple times to work.

    Store people say it’s common for that brand - should tell people in advance - bought for my mother and causing problems - with horrible smell in bedroom, while new 55” Toshiba downstairs is fine - bummer!!

    This tv has a defect, a line appears and disappears on the display. After we put it up we noticed it. It is not the family's main tv, but a tv in spare room for the kids to watch movies and does get used often. We were to lazy to exchange it. I also find the smart tv difficult to use an prefer our roku.

    If I could give negative stars I would. Will NOT download system update and cannot watch anything until system updates... It's a complete piece of trash! Don't waste your time or money! will be returning and making a purchase with another retailer.

    The TV is fine....Best Buy service however.....We bought two tvs...put in for curb side pick up...before we could pick up the tvs they sold one of ours...then offered to replaced OUR sold tv with an open box version. No thank you! Ridiculous!

    I cannot program the tv without an instruction book. The sales rep said they are available on your website, but I cannot find it. Even if I could I cannot print it, so I'm unhappily stuck with a useless machine. Can you send me the instruction book?

    Horrible tv. Doesnt load half the time. Ive reset, factory reset and done everything possible to get the load time to run. Its garbage. Good reason for it to be 100 bucks.
