    Bought this TV for my son for Christmas. We opened the box and it had a weird smell. After reviewing online the smell is coming from the molded plastic of the TV. After being around it for 15 to 20 minutes it makes you nauseous and dizzy. Will be exchanging for a Toshiba tomorrow. Christmas 2019 purchase.

    Smells like a Chinese Plastic Factory

    I have sprayed it with Febreeze, cleaned it with every cleaner I can think of, but the smell won't go away. If I close the bedroom door for a half-day the whole room smells like gasoline! It's unbearable. It seems I will likely have to return it. Guess you get what you pay for and the bargain was too good to be true.

    ARC HDMI out is very touchy if you lose TV power you'll need to do a factory reset then start over to get it working again. I've only had the TV for a few weeks and I've spent hours online with Insignia.

    i bought this smart tv so i wouldn’t have to purchase a tv and a separate device to stream hulu/netflix. unfortunately i still may need to do so, as the apps on this tv do not stay open for more than half an episode; sometimes only for minutes at a time, before glitching back to the home screen. very disappointing.

    I paid for a geek squad certified item so that it would come with all the parts. And not only did it come with out the remote but the employees are giving me a run around about setting up my tv or getting me a remote.

    tv worked for aobut 1 day, now when you turn it on it takes about 15 min to come up and then gives you message system needs to reboot. when you click ok it never comes back. very disappointed. would give this 0 or negative stars if I could.

    It doesn't stay connected to the internet. Have to unplug, wait a few minutes then plug it back in at least 3 times a week. I have 8 TV's in my house and this is the only one I have problems with.

    I plugged it up and it’s stuck on the set up language screen. It doesn’t work and I hate that I have to go thru the hassle of returning it because best buy customer service is the worst. I’m really disappointed.

    Trying to return to Best Buy merchandise that was defective was extremely difficult. I still don't think that I got credit for $29.99 plus tax for a Roku stick that wouldn't work! Never again!

    Very slow interface. Every time Hulu updates channels don’t work. Now Hulu shuts off completely. Don’t know if it is the tv or the Amazon Fire software. Software is not good.

    Bought this TV as a Christmas gift. Within the first week we are having to take it back because it doesn’t work. It started smelling like something was burning then it was having connectivity issues and finally it just quit working all together. I am extremely mad about the quality of this product.

    The TV melted in the lower right corner and does not work. Safely and securely mounted to the wall and not near any heat source. I believe there is a 12 month manufacture warranty. How do I proceed to have this replaced or refunded?
