Glitches

The apps always freeze as well. The memory space is a lot smaller than I expected. Not happy with it.

Did not work. Returned for service twice

Returned for service because would not get picture. given back to us but had to take back in again in one week foe same problem. This time it didn't work for the Geeks so we were given a store credit for the TV.

Poor decision On My Part to buy

Stops working after a year

The lights flash so power is going to it (red) but it will turn on. We have tried all suggestions from the support manual and nothing works. Is now a giant paperwork.

Terrible

Won’t Connect to WiFI

I have a 55” Fire TV that did the exact them thingbut was too late to return it. Going back to ROKU TV. I’ve never had an issue with them.

My mistake

I was not aware you cant get regular live tv if not connected to cable. I only have the wireless boxes.

Fire tv service horrible!

Even if you have wifi you still have to purchase a stupid amazon account if you want to use any apps on tv. Most likely returning and getting a normal wifi tv.

Not worth the discount.

The tv kept restarting every time I tried to play a show through Netflix or Hulu. Definitely not worth the $150 I had spent.

Not HD!

Just because it has HDMI inputs does not make it HD and I would expect Best Buy to know this. The only place on the box that mentions HD is to say that is has HD quality.

Horrible

2nd times a charm.

Ordered online for the convenience. 1st TV they sent screen was destroyed. Now I have to pack it up and drive out to one of the stores and return it. 2nd one they sent was fine. The convenience of the whole thing disappeared.

Get what you pay for

Very glitchy!!
