    purchased 11/20, 5/22 it is no longer working, i liked it while it worked but for a television to not even last a year, esp given its not even used that much. its giving wasted money

    I have yet to use my TV, because it didn’t come with a remote. I was unaware it was an open box, but I was never informed it didn’t have a remove so I had to order a remote just to set my tv up. I’m waiting for it to be delivered.

    Horrible tv, has many issues, one of them being that I have to unplug the tv every single time I turn it off, just to get the picture to come up.

    If you have At@t cable box this will not work with it been trying to set it up all day and still can’t figure it out will be returning it for a basic tv

    I wish I didn’t buy this TV. It takes FOREVER to boot. It shuts on/off and takes me at least 10 minutes before I can finally get it to work. Terrible. I wish I could exchange it.

    Returned to store. I bought it to use as a monitor for my security cameras but it did not work with alexa the way I wanted. I think it is because it is a 2018 model. I got a Toshiba 32 inch and it was much better.

    Probably a good TV, but set it up only to find the screen must have an invisible crack that is only noticeable when turned on. Have to take back. Not first product this has happened with.

    TV was defective. IR sensor wasn’t working and couldn’t connect to the remote control. Seems to be an issue with a few customers. Now I have to make an extra trip back to Best Buy to try and exchange it.

    Tv didn’t came with a broken screen, so I went to the store for a refund, but they were rude and saying the the Tv has no refund . I leave the Tv with them. I’ll never buy again in bestbuy

    Fire tv stopped connecting to wifi

    Had the device for only a couple of weeks and the tv stopped connecting to WiFi. Could not resolve through amazon support and was ultimately told I had to take back to store as no further support could be provided. Traded in for a roku tv.

    I gave this to my teen for Christmas, it’s now February 21st and it’s malfunctioning. One press of the volume button on the remote and the tv goes full blast!! Even while manicly pressing volume down.

    I purchased this tv unaware that it was open boxed and was not informed by the cashier that it was opened box and paid full price for it anyway. Although certified by Best Buy a piece was missing. Had to return the same day.

    I was super exited for this TV and it let me down so fast. Half the time it doesn’t want to turn on I have to unplug it and turn it back on. My movies and shows freeze and cut out.

    This would have worked great had I been able to use it on an unsecure network. The purchase was made for voice activation for someone who was paralyzed from the neck down.
