      Hi. I understand the feeling when things don't work as we want to. The Sleep Timer is under Home Screen > Settings > Sleep Timer. If the TV freezes too often try with a Factory Reset of the TV (Settings > Device and Software) and let me know if it was solved by calling 877-467-4289 for further assistance if required.
