I certainly apologize about the situation with your 32" Fire TV. In fact, the Spectrum app is not yet available on the Amazon servers and there is not an estimated date for it to be. However, I understand your situation and I want you to know that you can take advantage of the 15 day return period that Best Buy grants you for this product directly at the Customer Service counter at your nearest store with your receipt in hand.

Great TV for a kids room!

We purchased 4 of these (1 for the RV and 3 for the kids bedrooms). The picture quality is good, the TV functionality is pretty responsive to the remote. Apps work without issue and we haven't had any issues with the actual TV's themselves after 3 years of use. With all that said...we warned...it you have multiple of these TV's. The remotes get mixed up, it's a pain. They all seem to turn on and off the tvs they are in the immediate vicinity of. Make sure you keep the remote in the room with the TV it came with.
