unreliable and glitchy

I've owned it for about a month, and it restarts itself sometimes, the image goes out and sound goes on sometimes, it freezes up. It's unreliable and glitchy, sometimes the buttons get stuck on the remote...I wouldn't recommend it. If I could, I'd probably bring it back and ask for a different one, but it's been longer than 15 days...
