    Great TV

It’s a great TV! The only issue is when I hook up a DVD player to it, the sound isn’t very good. I have to turn the volume way to just to barely hear it. Streaming apps work great

Insignia™ - 32" Class F20 Series LED HD Smart Fire TV performs well. Picture quality is descent at 720, brightness is good, and the sound is ok. Connecting to my amazon account was very easy and the tv works great with the Alexa interface.

    Bad connect

    Posted .

Set up TV,went to hook up cable cord to back. Took twenty minutes as the set up in back has a sideways post obstructed by plastic shroud instead of straight out the back. Could not tighten. Kept trying looked like it was. Tried to watch cable, all local channels flickered, not clear. Called up cable company to complain about service interruption. Service came out, changed my cable box. Still did the flickering. Serviceman found out loose connection on TV, that I had trouble with. He also worked on it for over thirty minutes. Finally found composite cables in truck and used them to hook up cable to tv to work. However he asked me how long I had the tv and if I had the receipt and what I paid. Yes I had receipt, a few days and $99. He said that was the reason for the price and I should return it. I am seriously thinking about it. The company has to seriously reconsider placement of the cable hookup so there can be a secure tight connection. The cable repairman was here two hours and changed the box--wasted time because of Insignia's poor design flaw.

I like it, when I use Hulu sometimes the screen stays black and I have to rewind it a little for the picture to pop up. Only occurs with the Hulu app so I’m not sure if it’s Hulu/tv incompatibility because this doesn’t happen with my firestick.

TV is great, but smell is horrible...

This TV produces an incredible amount of plastic off-gassing for its size. After two days now the irritating smell has not diminished. The odor is causing slight headaches and itchy eyes and throat. I'm taking it back. I have another Insignia TV, a 55", and it doesn't smell - so I'm not knocking the brand. In fact, that TV was purchased to replace another brand TV with strong off-gassing. It just seems you never know what you're going to get.

Connecting it to WiFi is a joke

The quality of the TV is great, but literally every time I turn it on it looses network connection and I have to unplug it for 30 seconds for it to reconnect. It's ridiculous, luckily it wasn't too expensive or my patience with it would be gone

I previously bought an Insignia TV and had no problems. It was a no brainer to purchase another as a gift. I later found that this is a Best Buy brand. I would recommend Insignia TV to anyone.

Got this as a present for my mom and she loves it. I kind of want to get this tv for my room. It was easy to set up, though I gave up on the stands. The downloading and login info was the most time consuming but in the end, it was completely worth it.

I gave this 2 stars because the picture and sound are pretty good for this smaller TV, but I stream a lot and use YouTubeTV to watch live TV and it frequently freezes up or loses the picture but then sometimes gets sound okay or sometimes I get just a black screen and no sound. I'd wonder about my signal, but my larger TV in the next room is fine. This quickly making this TV almost useless. I bought this TV for my kitchen so I could watch the morning news and its practically useless.

    Broken tv and terrible service

    Posted .

I purchased this tv this past January. It was easy to set up and was working pretty well. I turned it on one day recently (6months after I had purchased it) and the center of the screen had lines going through it and there was a big gray block making the tv useless. The tv had been sitting in the same spot for 6 months and was not hit by anything. I just turned it on and it was broken. I called Insignia to find out how this problem can be solved and they sent me to the geek squad telling me that either they will fix the tv or they will get me a replacement. When I brought my tv into the store the people at the geek squad sent me away and told me there was nothing they could do to fix the tv and that they could not give me a new one. I then called insignia again to get more information and they told me to go back to the geek squad. I carried the tv in again and the same thing happened. This time the man at the geek squad was rude and told me he couldn’t do anything for me. I talked to many people at insignia as well as Best Buy and was told contradicting information. The service I received from both companies was very disappointing and I will no longer be purchasing items from insignia or Best Buy.
