    Look farther than Insignia

    Purchased 2 of these tvs 12/3 and picked them up on 12/21. Getting home I opened them both & found one had one of the legs at the top of the box shoved against the screen, shattering it. Took the first damaged tv back & exchanged it. Here, less than a month (1/10) the second tv now will only power on but not actually work. We have changed the batteries and even unplugged the tv from the wall and cord for the tv, in hopes to reset it with no luck. I’m now told by customer service since I do NOT have the original box I can’t return/exchange for a different/better brand, lying the difference, of course. I was also told I would have to include all the parts….the tv(both tvs) came with a cord, remote, a pair of batteries, two legs for the stand, and screen itself. But apparently it SHOULD have and SHOWS on their end it comes with another cord and small parts, valued at $60 I would be responsible for if I were to return/exchange it. So disappointed with these products, we also purchased a third tv in September that is starting to black out channels, will power in by itself, start apps, restart apps. INSIGNIA is not the way to go and at this point Best Buy is not either. OH! But I was told I could make an appointment to bring the tv in to have it looked at.

    Trouble with wi-fi connection

    Trouble with wi-fi connection. Will connect sometimes but then disconnect. Took back to Bestbuy and got a new replacement tv. I experienced the the issues. I have 1G internet. I connected internet to TV with ethernet cable and still no wifi. Everything else was connected to wifi and working. Tv issues. Took second TV back also.

    we purchased the EXCELLENT CONDITION tv and we got home opened the bubble wrap found out on the paper it’s DAMAGED FAIR CONDITION, and it came with no remote and no manual, i’m cursing now, you wasted my time and gasoline to drive all the way and picked up a junk!!!

    I bought my tv a couple days ago and picked it up Sunday when I went to go pick it up they asked for my name and that’s it nothing about the tv just let me walk out when I went home I opened the box and there were loose screws and I thought that was odd they should be in a bag and I turned it on and everything was fine until I noticed little scratches and the tv was under someone else’s name and account when I bought it it said it was a new tv so...why is it under someone’s name

    Purchased 5/25/20 from Amazon. Initially the remote would work for a few days and then quit. The reset procedures restored function for a few days and then the remote would quit again. As of two days ago the remote stopped working again and none of the reset procedures worked. This was an inexpensive TV, but it ought to work for more than 3 months.

    Bought the TV new, took it home. The remote requires you to pair it to the TV for setup. The remote never paired with the TV so it was just an hour of tapping the button and it not doing anything. Had to contact Insignia for troubleshooting and after walking me through a few things told me I just had to take it back and exchange. Very inconvenient and terrible first experience with the brand.

    If I could give this tv zero stars I would. The constant updates. Glitching back to the Home Screen. Lagging. The worst part is the constant 1-2 minute updates that last at least 5. It says not to turn off the tv or remove batteries while “updating” but it just sits there and does nothing. I will NEVER get another Amazon Fire tv. This has been a constant issue since 2020. When the tv works, it’s fine. It’s just a pain getting it to work.

    I bought two of these for Christmas.... a 32” and a 50”. Last week the tv became unresponsive to the remote. Changed batteries but still wouldn’t work. A week later and now my other one is doing the same thing. We have to unplug it multiple times to get the tv to start working again. So frustrating!

    Worst TV ever!!! I’ve had this tv for about 4 years Apps are constantly crashing or don’t load. Constant lagging on the remote as well. This is a constant problem than has been going on for years.

    TV worked great for 2 years then the TV became overly blue in the picture. Checked troubleshooting and reviews and this is a common issue with this brand of TV. Wish we had purchased a different brand

    This TV is terrible. Freezes all the time and I reset the app and it’s good for a little while then starts freezing again. It also shuts off at random times. Would give it zero stars if I could. It’s basically unwatchable. What a disappointment!

    Not a bad picture or sound, but it does stuff you'd never think was even possible for a TV. Like it'll be turned off (and unplugged) and still have the last image on the screen! Thankfully it hasn't yet left a burnt in image, though that seems inevitable. The TV was great for the first 2 weeks, now that it's a month old it's acting incredibly weird.

    The remote will not open to put the batteries in. The package it came in shows how to open the back, but it will not open, no matter what you try using the diagram on the package. How bad is that.
