    I do not recommend. I bought this tv during the beginning of covid, it’s December and it already seems like I’ve had it for 5+ years. The home button on the remote doesn’t work, it’s slow, I got a roku stick on my birthday, tried connecting it today everyday possible and the tv acted like nothing was even plugged into it. Didn’t even budge. I don’t know why the main reviews are 4+ stars, because I read and haven’t found one good review. Help?

    Do not buy this tv. I received as a gift last Christmas, finally set it up in May. By July it started not connecting to the internet. Internet working properly on devices and other TVs but not this one. In order for it to recognize the internet I have to unplug my router and the tv to reset (learned this from a Reddit forum). I have to do this everyday. And now even that solution isn’t working sometimes.

    Bestbuy is AWFUL! Delivered a cracked screen!

    Bestbuy is awful and corrupt. DO NOT Buy any TVs at Bestbuy. I purchased this TV today and opened it when I arrived home later in the day. When I opened the box, I discovered the screen was cracked and tried to exchange the TV. Bestbuy declined and stated it was might fault do to physical damage. Aweful experience and will stick with COSTCO for electronics moving forward. Costco deals fairly with their customers and values them. Mark

    my 17 year old Granddaughter went to best buy to get this tv. She got it home took out of the box , was careful in doing so and when turned it on only saw cracks under the screen. No picture. Best buy would not stand by the product and replace. So need to make sure you have them take tv out of box and plug it in before paying for it.

    I recently purchased this TV and it was a terrible mistake. The picture on this TV is horrible and no amount of setting adjustments can fix the problem. Insignia decided to make a cheap smart TV and, in so doing, the company cut back on the number of pixels needed to render a clear, true-to-life color screen. Don't be a fool. DO NOT BUY THIS TV. Harry

    open box infinity.

    it was open box and the smart tv became not working tv. The internet did not work, and the bluetooth was nonexistent. The apps were slower then a sloth. The remote was magically non responsive. I tell anyone dont buy open box until you know it works.

    Remote doesn't work and they can't fix it

    Total waste of money. I wish I had read the reviews. The TV worked once in my spare room and never again. By the time I needed it again it was too late to return the TV and nobody at Best Buy or Insignia tech support could figure it out. There are tons of videos devoted to this issue and none worked.

    Smart TV Review

    I can't access cable TV and regular cable channels even though it's connected to a cable box. I also can't record cable TV shows although it's connected to a DVR. I unplugged it and put by old TV back up.

    A REAL PIECE OF JUNK

    1 yr. has gone by. 2 of the 3 HDMI ports have stopped working. TV is constantly going on /off/back on. Will never ever waste time or money on Insignia again. Bought this model because of price and good reviews. I guess reviews like mine aren't used.

    720p TV is too low of a resolution

    In the age of high resolution and high refresh rates, this TV doesn't cut it. "2 stars" rating is "fair." 720p is not even "fair", its a poor ("1 star") resolution these days. 720p was even mediocre in the year 2010. Spend a little more and get a better TV.

    ONLY a 60 MZ refresh rate.

    Took it back after 10 days. I stream TV and because this is ONLY 60 MZ refresh rate, the voice and picture would not synchronize. Sense it wasn't technically defective I had to buy a different unit.
