This is the 4th Insignia fire tv I've purchased

(Praise be for Geek Squad protection plans! I bought another one ...) It was tough going until I managed to circumvent the miserable automated phone system and speak directly with the store manager who, by the way, made all the SNAFUs right.

My Tv purchase for my brother.
