(Praise be for Geek Squad protection plans! I bought another one ...) It was tough going until I managed to circumvent the miserable automated phone system and speak directly with the store manager who, by the way, made all the SNAFUs right.

Smart??? TV

Every channel seems to be streamed....even the live channels from my outdoor antenna. Sometimes the screen freezes with a loss of sound and takes awhile to refresh. Not sure what the problem is. My other Smart TVS aren't this finicky! Be aware of how this TV behaves. If you can deal with it's issues, the price is good.

Paramount Plus App streaming issue

I have other TV's and devices and Paramount plus plays fine on those. I have to believe the issue is related to this model. I have attempted every fix suggested. It occasionally will stream, but 90% of the time it will not.
