Set up is frustrating!

I had to google and watch YouTube videos. There is nothing wrong with my connection, but it took forever to get the channels downloaded. It got to the point where I scrapped setting it up for my kids, and just let them use my adult profile. I personally feel that a Roku tv is much easier to get set up.
