    The first Insignia we bought was awesome so when it was time to buy one for my office, we went to Best Buy to get another. We'll probably get our next one there too!

    I like the Amazon OS better than LG. It runs apeTV plus without a problem. Peacock too. My 4 year old LGs don’t run Peacock. This is a small TV for a light use room.

    It was open box and the tv wasnt reset by the previous owner but i took it back to best buy and they rsset it for me and now it works flawlessly

    Bought for a college student. The back of tv arrived dented. Hopefully, it did not damage the function of the tv. Did not opened it until we dropped it off which is 2 hours away and about 2 weeks later. The batteries which were still in the wrapper were already leaking. Too much logistics to exchange. Fingers crossed that it remains working correctly. TV is okay for the price, but I don't know it was used or old.
