    First time buying a smart TV. I’d rather buy and regular TV and a separate ChromeCast. Bought this for my mom. She needs simple. There should be an input button on the remote. Connecting cable with aux cable created issues with ratio size. Just could have been simpler

    It was all good, easy connection to wifi etc., until trying to watch programming on the Hulu app and randomly get a black screen with the audio playing. I confirmed with Hulu that I have the subscription which allows unlimited screens to stream. I found reviews online that reveal this is an ongoing issue with insignia tv's. I purchased two and the issue is the same on both of them. I will be returning these as unfortunately hulu is my current primary tv service.

      Hi, could you please try this?
      Update the Fire OS to the latest version, go to Settings > Device > About > Software Version > Check for system update. BBY-ExBrand_Insignia
