    If I could give it zero stars I would. Screen seems ok but the janky UI with the fire tv makes using this tv a nightmare. The remote lags worse than a dial up connection making item selection a miracle. Slow boot times and parental controls that ask for a pin when you are logged into a child account makes this not useful for a child’s tv. Do yourself a favor and buy one without the trash “smart” tv.

    Obnoxiously slow. I don't use any preloaded apps and I have no third party apps installed on this. You would figure other than it being registered on my Amazon account that it should not lag, oh no. Takes almost a minute to load an input. Pretty much collecting dust now since I don't have the patience anymore to use it.
