Then additional time to load any app or streaming service. Even in app it is slow and laggy to load. It takes almost 20 minutes to load the TV channel guide. Its beyond frustrating. We replaced it with another brand after a few months of trying to make it work. DO NOT BUY!

2 failed in just a few months

I bought one for my daughter which would randomly reboot more frequently every day. I got a replacement, exact same TV and within a couple of months same problem. My step son also got the same TV and his remote stopped working after few months

Half the time it never loaded a Netflix show or Hulu live and we gave up. Now, less than two months after purchasing, it won’t even turn on. For a TV designed for streaming with Fire TV, this is a total ripoff.
