    Wasted money.. and they still want me to pay for it.to be looked at and charge for any repairs.. this craptc keeps turning.it self off at times it could be in as little as 30 minutes orher times its maybe close to.2 hrs

    1st time the tv had the bulb burn out almost immediately. 2nd set ok so far

    This is the WORST television I’ve ever purchased. I don’t know if it’s Insignia or Fire but they don’t play well together and it’s constantly rebooting, dropping shows, etc.

    You get what you pay for. It only cost $100. I was busy and didn't open the box for a week, and when I set it up, there were several problems. I should have returned it right then. I called Inspirion help several times. It took them a while to figure out that this model has no closed caption on regular channel tv. You can only get it with streaming services like Netflix. Also I used the three HDMI plugs for VCR, Roku, and computer. They all worked. The next time I turned on the tv one of the other would not work, Also we have cut the cord on cable. Our old tv got a great picture with rabbit ears. This tv kept pixelating and freezing even when we kept adjusting the antenna. To put the icing on the cake, Best Buy will not take a return after two weeks so I am out the money for a tv that's going in the trash.

    Picture is good but software is terrible and super slow. Controller doesn’t work well either. I purchased two for my kids and they both have the same issues. I had to get a Roku for them to work better for streaming.

    Pretty poor picture quality even with a hdmi connection. But you get what you pay for i guess

    The OS is unusable, moves slowly, the remote sometimes doesn't register. Then sometimes it just boots you back to your home. If you are getting this for its "smarts" DON'T you will still have to go buy a roku or firestick to actually use a decent system.

    This may be the worst tv I’ve ever purchased. Painfully slow at every turn, from turning it on to getting an app to run. It’s as if it’s a 15 year old computer you’ve downloaded a million apps to, takes 15 minutes to get a movie going on Disney plus for example

    Got this at what seemed like a good price, but discovered that it's better to spend a little more for a better product. We had to constantly go to the settings and reset the tv in order for all the smart tv functions to work. Otherwise the home screen would just be a blank gray screen. Returned this tv and bought a different one. Maybe this one was a one-off dud, but based on my experience with it cannot recommend that anyone else purchase this one.

    I ordered this online as "excellent, open box." When it arrived it was missing components and was clearly used, it had scuff marks on the back of the TV, the box contained garbage from the previous customers, and items were re-wrapped in duct tape. I phoned them for assistance but they refused to mail me the missing parts or exchange the product. BestBuy said if I wanted to return it I would need to go to UPS and mail it back myself.

    Ok tv for the money. I have had sone issues where it won’t turn on. We have called about it twice now. The picture and sound are nice. Like that is doesn’t turn off on it’s own.
