    This TV was for my mother which is 82 and she's not smart TV savvy so when you turn the television on she expected it to go straight to local TV channels so all that maneuvering was just too confusing for her

    Bought identical Roku versions and they are awesome. Amazon’s version is slower and the apps hardly work. I regret this purchase.

    Quality is not bad. The processor is very slow and tv has to be disconnected and reconnected in order for it to load. It also has a delay time when backing out, lowering volume , changing channels.

    Takes about 10 minutes to turn on. After powering off the tv sometimes randomly will power back on, also sometimes does not let you power it down. When it works its nice, but its a pain. Had this tv a year

    Tv is ok. If your watching a movie using netflix or one of those its not bad. The picture isnt that good if watching live tv. The price was ok or putting in the trailer.

    The processor is very slow. It’s slow to move when I click left, right, up, down. It’s slow to start apps. Hulu crashes several times a day on my TV but never on my phone. It doesn’t pick up my 5g WiFi signal. Would not buy this again.

    I got this for my mother that lives in a remote place. The TV started to get a line in it at about 6M. Then at the end of the 1Y warranty the picture almost is unwatchable. Since she lives so far away I could not get it to a Best Buy so now I have to buy a new tv. It only last 1 year. If this is how the Insignia "A BEST BUY BRAND" is that is a shame.

    I should have investigate more I just wanted a TV I could turn on and was a smart tv like my others. This one makes you go through commands every time turn it on

    Said it came with an HDMI cable. It did not.sort of a problem. Cable isn’t expensive but it’s another trip.

    This tv was good for a little over a month, then it started having problems. One night i heard a loud noise in my bedroom, turned on the lights and couldn't find the noise, next day turned on tv to see a black screen and it looked shattered, but couldn't tell from tv not on, called to best buy said it only has 1 month warranty

    TV keeps shutting off with no interaction. If you need this for background media it will turn off even if toggled to remain on.

    I hate this Tv. I have 2 of these tvs in my house and they both have the exact same problem, they do not connect to my wifi. And no its not the wifi, because it connects to the phones, tablets and other tvs with no issue. I bought this new tv in Nov. 2022 but just opened it now in Aug.2023.
