On the plus side, they gave an easy return and credit on my card. The last tv I bought here was a great deal that is still working perfectly.

Updates disrupt use

We exclusively use this tv to stream workouts and are routinely interrupted with software updates. There is no option to wait on the updates, it just shuts down and sometimes takes up to 15 minutes to be useable again.

Not enough internal memory to do software updates

The only apps left aside from Netflix are Amazon embedded and cannot be deleted. Also very sluggish/remote latency out of the box. Garbage. Spend the extra $ for another brand.

Junk do not buy

Downloads updates just fine took over an hour though to install Netflix and all profiles keep going through a boot loop stating its getting the profile ready for you after being up for 30 seconds.

Sony 55” oled tv

Contacted Sony who are investigating the problem. Contacted Best Buy support and they sent a 32” tv replacement which I declined. Not pleased with results.

Damaged screen.

Plugged it in and confirmed it was bad. Hopefully the next one is good.

Lousy TV

Unresponsive, mind of it’s own and worked “normal” about 20% of the time. Seems insignia brand used to be good, but now uses the cheapest parts Bby can find. More like their old Dynex brand where 50% or more were defective or lemons. Steer clear.
