I was able to get a replacement and open a fresh one with my son however I did notice that this TV was sent to someone prior to me due to multiple shipping labels on the box. It was fairly easy to set up however the picture quality is to be desired and the remote is a little finicky. It might be worth spending a little bit more money to get a better resolution.

Open box products are a gamble

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this 32" Insignia Smart TV this afternoon. Took it home and scanned for local channels. It found only 18 total not finding digital channels 2+ & 6+ among others. The antenna is fine and several TVs before used it. So I returned the TV and exchanged for an LG. It scanned using the same antenna and found 53 channels! I am very grateful for the local Best Buy to accept the TV back. They facilitated the exchange very quickly and professionally. Very happy with the new set but thought I would relate my experience with the Insignia for what it is worth.
