I was helped as soon as I walked in the door until I left. I am not sure of the girls name but she was super sweet and helpful the whole time.

Overall, I felt as if I had gotten a truly great value for the money. However, 2 weeks after I purchased it, a distracting, black line appeared in the middle of the screen.

I am especially pleased with the fact that I am able to mirror my laptop to the screen when presenting. It is also well built and is value for money.

Terrible

Maybe mine is a lemon. I called tech support for help and all they would do to help is tell me to unplug it periodically. Unplugging does help when my YouTube audio stops syncing with the video, but it seems ridiculous to be asked to do that. Nothing helps how sloooow all navigation is. I've had this nearly a year now and regretted it constantly. Soon it will be given away to someone with infinite patience and Insignia will not be my next choice.
