Check different stores before buying!

We purchased a floor model that was sold as complete. When we got it home there was no power cord. After talking to customer service we were advised that it should have a cord. We promptly returned to the store where we were told we would have to buy a separate power cord, that the tv didn't come with one (it does though). So we returned the television. We then went to a different Best Buy location where we were able to get the exact same television, brand new and never out of the box, with an electric cord, for the same price. I guess the moral of this is to check different store locations because apparently they don't all play by the same rules.

Great smart TV fir kids' room

This one is alot more responsive. The interface is intuitive with lots of atreaming choices.
