The first one died in less than 1 hour of setting it up. Phone customer service was all over the place with answers about replacement (Amazon/Best Buy). Physical Best Buy location/employees were GREAT!!! I would buy again!

It's a very complicated device that made me long for an old fashioned TV with a huge dial one used to click to a new channel. This TV offers so many choices that it frequently just baffles my 92 year old mind.
