Our only issue is utilizing the menu and navigation on the remote. We utilize only streaming sources, and compared to our other TV, which is a TCL/ROKU, this is much more difficult and lacks some features that the TCL includes.

For a while, it worked very good. However, recently, it's been giving me some problems. When streaming Paramount+, the word sounds do not match the lips; also, when using YouTube TV, the sound is very sporadic at times, so it can't be watched. I'm going to get a new Samsung TV that I know will work.

I needed some help from customer service because the setup instructions were a bit difficult to follow but am now able to stream my favorite shows, including Apple+, without any issues. The voice control of the remote is surprisingly good.

The App Store is very limited requiring third party workaround installs for streaming services like peacock and Max that are main stays in our house.
