This was bought for a niece she is happy with it watching her favorite shows

It’s just ok. The password required every time you touch the remote when you have a kid profile is annoying. Picture quality is okay but refresh rate is slow. For the price it works well

Returned it due to the picture quality. Do not get the 720p, pay the extra bucks and get the 1080p, NOTICEABLE DIFFERENCE!!!!

Difficult to get it to not freeze or pause momentarily for simple tasks like scanning for channels or navigating thru the menu for apps or a specific option that is available for me.

Out of box item but looks brand new. Brought one for both my stepsons.

Bought tv for over the sir channels snd streaming ability. Good price .tried 2 different amplified attenas. It frequently drops channels. Streaming is much better. We atr 10 miles outdide a makor city, so mot that far from attenas. Needs frequent resets to ststt up again. I doi like the remote

Great tv for the kids room. I have a few of these in the kids bedrooms and they work great. Prime and Disney easy to get to and the sleep timer is great.

It's not perfect, but this TV works fine for my purposes. The only thing I would change is the Amazon home page. I would like to create my own home page, but that's an issue with the Amazon operating system, not the TV itself.

I had an extremely disappointing experience and I cannot recommend this location to anyone. I encountered a series of unprofessional behaviors and a blatant disregard for company policy, and even after emailing the store manager, I have yet to receive a response. While I was out of town, my daughter unknowingly picked up an order from the store. The employee who assisted her failed to verify her ID, a critical company policy meant to protect customer purchases. When I discovered the issue and returned to the store to resolve it, I was told the return could not be processed because it was outside the return window. The manager on duty was unhelpful, unprofessional, and not wearing a name tag. When I asked for his name and the name of the employee involved, he refused to provide any information or escalate the issue. To add to the frustration, the manager on duty, unnecessarily handed me his business card and commented, “It’s illegal to record in the store,” despite the fact that I was only using FaceTime. This irrelevant and unwarranted comment was unprofessional and further worsened the experience. Additionally, I had to ask for help loading the TV into my car. This manager responded with “you forgot your tv and refused to help load the tv. While staff did eventually assist, the overall experience was frustrating, and I felt like my concerns were dismissed. The failure to verify ID during pickup was a serious policy breach, and the unprofessional conduct displayed by multiple staff members was unacceptable. I expected a veteran-friendly company like Best Buy to uphold better standards of professionalism and accountability. It’s extremely disappointing that my attempts to address this issue through email have gone unanswered. I strongly urge others to consider alternative stores, as this location has failed to provide even basic customer service. The lack of response from the general manager reflects a clear disregard for how the store operates in her absence.

Works great but had had a sound issue and had to unplug it to reset the whole tv.
