Won’t load channels after channel scan..

Netflix won’t load sometimes. Have to unplug and that usually fixes but had to factory reset a few times also. So far this is 2nd fire TV two brands and both do exactly same thing…. Get Roku tv or just smart tv, do not recommend getting a fire tv. Get a fire stick. I’ve not had a problem with that.

The device is a firetv which makes the UI experience clunky and non intuitive but the hardware is well put together and the picture quality is solid.

TV with firetv OS

It had nice pictures and sounds, and looked like a "great offer" but It worked for a little time and then had to restart because it stopped working. I checked for software updates and nothing. Check for warranty and it is expired. Still needed to unplug and plug in again, and again. But I'm tired... Maybe I'll never buy another TV with firetv OS again.

Not sure if it's the TV or the echo. Either way, it performs the necessary functions she needs.
