I’m so disappointed at how slow it is when changing the channel. Very delayed. The delay creates a confusing situation. You really can’t tell where the cursor is at. I’m frustrated every time I use it. Price was nice, but still not worth it.

Purchased this for my 7 year old's room for xmas to get him a new smart TV. He asked me to take it back within the first week because he preferred the 10-year old 40" TV I purchased in 2014. Just too small and slow loading screens.

Amazon rules the world & wants to rule your viewing pleasure. Turn it on & it'll ask who's watching. Select & enter & it'll give you a screen full of whatever Amazon is moving that day. Select the channel button & it brings up a workable interface screen, but there's no way to switch between two channels unless they're consecutive, 8.1 & 8.2 etc... otherwise you have to scroll through the guide to each channel. Can't select a TNF game & jump back to broadcast during commercials... have to go through the guide & junk, Time consuming. The reception is iffy at best. I use rabbit ears for broadcast TV, other TVs receive far more channels. this receives some I've never seen before & never want to see again, but it won't receive a group of favorites. I nave to go in the other room to watch them. If the wind is blowing or a plane flies over the screen drops out & you have to wait for it to reacquire reception. I wish I'd have spent a few more dollars, bought a dumb TV & a ROKU stick etc... As with Apple, I'll avoid Amazon products in the future.
