Hands Down Worst TV Ever

I want to start with saying that Best Buy only gives you a 14 day return window…which is unacceptable within itself. So, when I go to replace this tv soon, I won’t be buying from Best Buy again. Now, aside from the interface being a nightmare, the kids profiles are also awful. Hardly any customization and too much restriction. But if you give them an adult profile, they have access to buying things. TV constantly lags, apps are hard to find and use, half the time apps won’t even open and the TV freezes and stalls. The remote is not intuitive. I’ve spent more time trying to get the TV to work correctly than watching anything on it. L Just everything about this TV is horrible. Do yourself a favor and buy a TCL or something and don’t buy it here.
