Ordered on 7/10 was supposed to receive it 7/11 and the Roadie driver cancelled the delivery. Spent 2 weeks going back and forth with Best Buy’s awful customer care team. Won’t let me pick up even though it’s in stock, can’t reship and won’t cancel because supposedly the courier picked up the item and then cancelled. Apparently it’s my fault that the courier service they chose cancelled the delivery and did not deliver it to me. 2 weeks and 10 chats/phone calls later I finally get a case number that best buy has finally decided to cancel this order and issue a refund. Still have to wait another 48 hours to receive a confirmation that this is actually happening. Moral of the story… only buy from Best Buy in store or better yet just don’t buy from Best Buy at all and do business with a company that can actually fulfill a delivery order and has a real customer service department.

But cannot use it much as it is a drain on internet usage. Sound quality and picture quality is nice. Really hard to figure out all the buttons and the guide.

I ended up purchasing the legs for $30 on Amazon which kind of offset the money I was saving by purchasing in open box state.

It is missing the feet and the remote. The $79 television is missing $50 worth of parts. The screen was also covered in oily handprints and the box was infested with roaches. The saltaff at the Southaven, MS store would not take it back because ofnother people’s roaches.

Today i had problems with a remote button that would not work making it impossible to change a channel (YouTube TV). Also a couple of times when I turned it on I got sound only and no picture. I went to Best Buy and all they offered to do is send it somewhere to be checked leaving me without a TV for at least a month. The problems are intermittent so they would probably see nothing wrong unless it was on for a long time, and then just return it. A TV that only lasts a month or so with no problems is not one I want or would recommend.
