It wouldn’t be as big of a deal if I didn’t ask for help from an employee. Returns are not always easy.

SmartTV setup was easy but clarity was nowhere near enough for spreadsheets, word docs, etc. Had to return, which was also a very easy process.

(She is 90.) I have a larger INSIGNA tv and am very pleased with it.

Volume does not turn on, you have to turn off and on the set multiple times. 3 times it did not turn off either. called Best buy and no help, been back and forth 2 weeks and best buy keeps pushing me off.
