A decent Tv for the price.

Apps kept crashing

Very low speaker volume

The native speakers are very low in volume. You have to turn them up to a very high number just to hear them clearly. It is not just this TV. We have a smaller version in our kitchen and it is the same way.

You get what you pay for.

This Smart TV's picture is fine if you don't care much between HD, UHD, or 4K. However, it is cheaply programmed/built. It lags when trying to switch apps, and more often than not, the apps have a hard time getting a network connection. I know it's not the network because my other TV works just fine and doesn't have this issue. I missed the return window by 5 days, otherwise I would've returned this. It's just a cheap TV, but I should've expected that when I purchased it. I should have just dished out an extra $80 for a larger, 4K Smart TV that would've probably had a little better OS than this.

Poor quality TV don’t purchase it it’s not working

I go to turn it on and when I select the channel it just keeps searching it and freezes. It worked fine the first three weeks and now ever since Just before Christmas it’s been acting up.

Screen died after 2 months

Does not play movies

However, the TV was unable to play any movies on any of the streaming apps, including Prime video. There would high pitch static and the movie would would never play. I plugged a FireTV 4k stick from another TV into an HDMI port and the was able to show movies. A plugged in PS5 also works perfectly. But the built in Fire TV software is not able to play any movies. For $65, still deciding on whether to return it or continue using the Fire Stick.

Loading issues

The price and quality is reasonable. But the quality of the images is not the best to be a 2023 TV.

Not the best, but by no means the worst. Got a great deal on it so it was worth it
