    Insignia is Best Buy house brand? Bad idea. This tv needs constant re-booting, does not display apps correctly, sound goes in and out, requires endless tweaking. Ready to trade it in but surprise! They won't accept THEIR HOUSE BRAND for trade-in. They must know this brand is garbage.

    Slow and sometimes has a mind of it's own. Takes a long time to think when you turn it on. Take a while to catch up with you.

    Picture is okay but not excellent - I have already decided to return this tv - I’m opting for full hd rather than 720p - nothing wrong with this tv, but it could be sharper - smart features are intuitive and excellent

    Having issues with tv turning on sometimes its like its on red light goes out no sound just a black screen. Have to wait 5 to 10 minutes try again and it comes on

    This TV won’t come on sometimes, takes forever to register a command, just slow all the way around. Someone’s it takes 10 minutes to get it to come on and get to the main screen. Frustrating!

    I do not like that the tv turns on to Fire apps. I would rather that it would “ power on” to the last hdmi port used. This is my first Smart tv, so maybe all have this function.

    Horrible experience, first the TV arrived in what I'm not sure would be called excellent condition. It was missing the remote and there was a scratch on the front. Customer service was absolutely awful, they required that I go to the store due to it being refurbished when I live over an hour away from a Best buy and that is why I ordered online. I was given a new remote and everything was okay for 25 days, now the TV has vertical black and white lines without any picture and the Best buy warranty only extends 15 days. So basically it was a complete waste of money. I will never buy from Best buy again.

    I purchased this same brand but bigger 2 months and after 1 month it stopped working. Customer service has been a disaster. They keep sending technicians to my home but refuse to replace the tv. Here it is the holiday and I can't even watch tv. NEVER again will I purchase another Insignia product.

    I haven't had any luck with the Insignia brand, all 3 TV'S something went bad within a year, either the picture, sound or both. I didn't buy the extended warranty on the 1st one, but I'm glad I did for the other 2.

    This TV is VERY basic. For the price, it can't be beat, but it is more meant for a secondary room/location.

    I absolutely hate this tv! This is my first fire tv and I hate it. When your first turn it on it stars playing “commercials” or previews. Which is fine unless you have a child around and it starts playing things they shouldn’t see or gives then nightmares. The tv often freezes if you click the buttons too fast. So then you have to unplug it and wait a couple minutes to plug it back in. It also only allows so many apps on the front page, because it has too much of its own amazon content it wants you to see. Going to the other area to get th other app is a pain and often causes it to freeze.

    Decent tv. Bought it for $129 and 3 weeks later it was selling for $89. Too late for price match. Felt ripped off.
