    Took it back as it was actually a dumb tv idk how or why....just a plain tv that had nothing to offer without a antenna or dvd hooked to it

    TV has a problem with not turning on once powered. Many times I have to unplug and re-plug again to get it to re-boot.

    i'm trying to use this for my bedroom, it turns itself off for no known reason, and there's no settings to change it if it's an energy saver thing, or a timer, etc. I can't figure it out but it's annoying because i wake up when the room goes silent and dark. It turns back on easily, but it goes to the home menu instead of going back to what i was watching. then after all the thinking i have to do to find the remote and make the tv play a channel again, i'm awake and can't go back to sleep.

    It was annopen box excellent condition item that wasn't in excellent condition. The power cord was missing and the speakers don't work.....

    This tv was awful. It would not connect and hold the connection. It continually forgot the network. It would also just start randomly flashing and then turn itself off. Fire tv's are weird anyway and this one was no exception. Give me Roku any day over this.

    Never buying "Excellent" Open Box again

    First time buying an open box. Now, will never buy "Excellent" open box again if I can help it. This was not in excellent condition - turning on has delays, programs have delays going FF or RW has delays turning off sometimes does not turn off. I have super strong internet. i put in new batteries to remote. I have two other Insignia's- a 70" and a 42" that I purchased new from Best Buy and those TV's are now 2 years old and have never exhibited these issues.

    The box says you're buying a 32" tv, the actual size is 29. False advertising. Ov rall I've gotten used to it for the price it was affordable.

    I would give this tv zero stars if I could!! Biggest waste of money!! Bought this tv for my son for Christmas and it will only work for about 10 to 20 minutes then it goes back to the Home Screen and stops playing the show you are watching!! It takes forever to load anything!! Big waste of money!! Do not recommend!

    I purchased the TV below and it has massive problems. The TV's Amazon operating system is not working. Best Buy employees need to understand that by simply turning the TV on, is not a good enough process. You all have to thoroughly test it out by using some of the apps to see if it really works. This is the second used TV I bought from Best Buy that wasn’t working.

    Terrible. Had it 2 weeks and already had to reset it to factory settings. Kicks out of Amazon and won’t work. Kicks out of Wi-Fi and won’t work. Says it’s connected but won’t connected to Amazon store.

    Beautiful picture but I’ve lost the that same beautiful picture on several occasions. I have to unplug it so it reboots. Annoying

    Second product worked great. Unfortunately the first one wouldn’t work at all. It was a gift so the recipient had to go to the trouble of returning it.

    I tried canceling less than one hour after ordering and received confirmation of cancellation. However tv was delivered anyway and charged me

    The av plugs don't work hooked up DVD player for kids to watch something and no sound coming out just weird noise other than that tv is ok

    For me buying this brand TV, I felt the seller was not helpful, not explaining good enough about the product. I have no clue how this TV operates. I initially had call your geek squad given incorrect info of how to acess local stations. He said i had to purchase addl part. That was wrong! ATT&T tech help and guided me. I did not have to buy a part and my local channels are on.

    Comparing this to the Roku, the Roku is better to manage. This Amazon tv causes certain apps and channels to glitch.
