    Worked with the remote for over 2 hours, was told to get new batteries, the remote still wouldn’t work unable to set it up. Finally told to take it back to the store. Never had so much trouble with a tv

    The sound is low, two applications activate at the same time, and Netflix doesn't run smoothly (I don't know if it has to do with it being a Fire TV).

    not a good buy, i previously owned a Roku insignia for almost 19 years, 32inch. never had a problem with memory or downloading apps. this tv you need to add a usb flash drive because the memory is extremely limited. a lot of unnecessary stuff taking up memory, complicated to operate and manover through apps and find information.

    Worked OK for less than a month, then started randomly turning itself off while in use. None of the advice from Insignia fixed the problem. Others have the same issue. I will never buy another Insignia product.

    I had difficulty in setting up this TV to view my local channels and navigating around the screen. I had not bought a new TV in 10 years, and of course a lot has changed since then. My old, also purchased at Best Buy, did not have web/internet capability. But in general it was much easier to navigate for ordinary daily viewing.

    Returning this after 2 weeks. It was slow. The apps were slow, netflix buffered every 15 seconds. Best part of this was the awesome packaging.

    Idk if it was just the tv that I bought, but I couldn’t get the tv to stay on for more than 2 minutes before it would boot me off. It would say that my remote wasn’t connecting to the tv despite the fact that I was using it to log in. Had to return since I couldn’t figure out any sort of fix.

    I am disappointed that I purchased this item a week ago and it is now on sale with gifts. I called customer service and they told me I was not entitled to the gifts

    Apps crash constantly. Randomly the Apps crash and another will open. I can basically only have four apps because it must have 500 MB available for updates. Pictures never fully load. If i click on anything other than home, the screen will show up and then return me to Home automatically. I’ve had this less than two years and it started a couple of months after i bought. I have a flat screen from 2006 than handles FireTv better than this. Reach out ti me for video. Smash room it is.

    This TV is bogus. Every other time we turn it on it's frozen up and needs to be restarted. It's slow to respond and glitchy. The Amazon fire user interface is set up in a stupid way, I hate it. Also the way the legs are designed makes it hard to stand at an angle on top of the dresser we have it on without falling partially off the edge. Would not buy this TV again.
