It does not connect to wifi. Same issue on two different ones. Picture is fair but frustrating buying a smart tv and having to hook up a firestick to use it.

Absolute waste of time - do not get

It kept getting stuck trying to do a firmware upgrade everytime it connected to wifi and then got stuck. Would get to a screen where it would ask for your Amazon account credentials which I would 1) authenticate with my phone and then the tv would still be stuck or 2) enter the Amazon account info on the tv screen and it would always say it was invalid. Wasted several hours trying to get this sorted before I gave up. Don't waste your time with this tv.

DUMB! Had to be Returned

The biggest reason why I hated it it is because it has a sleep timer that can't be turned off. If I pause a show or movie and do anything that requires ~15 minutes or more, I come back to a powered down TV. I then have to turn the TV back on, go back to the app I was watching and fast forward to the point I left off. If it went into a sleep mode and returned to where I left off when I turn it back on then fine but nah. And there was no possible way to turn this timer off, so I returned the TV.

Extremely disappointed

Everything they told me should be listed on the menu, and in the end, I just got a "Sorry...". I was also told the TV could turn on directly to cable which also was not true. The unit worked just fine, but it was hard to believe how inaccurate the support materials were.
