I didn't open the box until after 2 weeks when I purchased it only to find out that the return period was 15 days. I would not buy again.

He knows nothing about computers and I've been having a hard time trying to teach him how to use the remote. Not like a remote where he just plugs in the channel number.

Open Box Not As Described

We didn't realize it until a month later when we opened it, that it did not contain a power cord or a remote. We now have to go buy those parts.

Disputed cancelled per your letter to me of 10/29

It stated that the amount I placed in dispute has been removed. The tv was returned to crystal lake il store. The actual receipt for tv was totally eligible. I have spoken to my attorney & the state's attorneys office. So glad u closed dispute. On this. When i finally had a chance to open the box the whole screen was shattered.Didn't open sooner as i I was in the hospital.Since I am a 76 yr old disabled senior you can't take advantage of us. We r a protected class. So balance is $0

hard to figure it out!

Eventually I found some free Channels, but most look paid and I can't find 38.3 my over the air channel with Son Life Broadcasting. Would only recommend to someone who can figure out how it works. Won't be able to try again for a few weeks.
