Started smoking after 2 months use.

Used for 2 months. Unplugged. Moved and moved back. Plugged in and started smoking. A lot. Moved it outside and plugged back in. Started smoking after ab out 15 minutes. Spot on back of TV above the word Insignia very very hot to touch.

Last night it gave me a blank screen. I turned it off and on a few times and the screen was still blank. I unplugged it for while then it began working again, but it is really slow on response to the remote control.

Goes to sleep frequently

There’s a sleep timer but it’s temporary and resets on its own and doesn’t really work. Returns to the home page every time it goes to sleep. The return window ended rather quickly so I can no longer return it

Need number key pad on remote

The sound quality is above average in my opinion and the voice remote is nice but I hate the fact that there is no number key pad to input the channel you want without having to go through a guide and surf

Delivery cancelation

The delivery order was canceled on the same day of the scheduled delivery. I went to the store at 4251 Outer Loop, Louisville, KY, 40219, since there was availability in inventory to see if they could give me another one because I really needed it for that day. Due to bureaucratic issues, I only received an apology and I still have not received the item.

THIS TV NEEDS PROGRAMING TO WORK PROPERLY

As of this moment we are not sure if we are getting all of the programs and that is more than the price of this t,v,!
