Not Compatible with Alexa

Stuck on captive portal, poor customer service

Over a 20 minute wait to speak to someone, the user manual is not on the insigniaproducts.com website. Or TV is frozen on a broken captive portal screen. Factory resets don't work. Terrible menu and interface.

Cannot set up this tv

Bad TV

It is popping and gets fuzzy, then shuts off with message of " loss of connection". Everything is still connected.
