    Worked well for some time but for the las few months it just turns off on its own and everything srops responding. I had to end up unplugging it each time. It's already in the trash

    The fire stick is not as easy to use as Roku. Everytime you log into an app you have to put in a code even if the app is free

    Literally the worst tv, I do not understand the good ratings. I bought it twice. The first time, the tv lasted 31 days and then when you clicked on the show there was just sound- no image. They gave me a hard time about returning it, but finally did. I bought the exact same tv again, thinking maybe I had a lemon…today is 30 days and it is doing the exact. Same. Thing. Sitting on hold again and I’m sure I’ll have to fight to return it…again.

    TV came without the stand/legs and no remote, I bought this because it was a great deal and in excellent condition-but without the remote it is no good. I returned it, so far the return seems easy enough.

    Bad quality and the screen randomly glitches . Sales rep suggest not to buy for the same issue that people where returning them . I gave it a try but should of listen . I was to busy that the 15 day policy return exceed and couldn’t return

    The machine is sub-standard because the picture quality is poor. Also, the instructions are misleading and confusing. I would definitely not recommend this to anyone.

    Thought we’d save a little money with an open box excellent condition. Big mistake. Tried to sign in to use apps and it’s already registered to someone else and just gives an error message. Returning!

    Updating every spp before you can go to HDMI and just watch cable is ridiculous . The updates stent fast either! I just wanted to hook up my cable and go, but instead i have to doenload what feels like tge entire internet just to watch TV

    This tv sucks. Fire tvs are bs. Remote skips. Apps won't load. Awful purchase two months ago that i didn't open until now. To hell with this tv. Can't return it. Pawn shop

    Sometimes TV volume mutes after 2 seconds, all channels and streaming. Have to unplug TV to reset (powering off wont reset TV).

    I didn't open it. I purchased it for a single mom and someone gave me one for her instead so I wanted to return it unopened and the store wouldn't take it back because I was four days later on their 2 week return policy. Make sure you know the return policy before you purchase. Better still purchase somewhere else where they will give you 30-days,

    I bought an open box in fair condition. It didn’t work first. It didn’t have a remote, but they gave me one at the store which I appreciated and it did work with the TV but after everything was mounted on the wall and I paid someone to do that by the way, The TV didn’t work. It would come on, but it wouldn’t update and download and so I took it back.
