    This TV says it works with Apple Airplay Kit for screen mirroring and it does not. You have to download and pay for an app in order to get it to screen share for Apple Devices.

    The tv works ok but the horrible customer service I received at Best Buy didn’t give me much of a choice. I had to pick it up off the floor and carry it up front. All the employees were just standing around talking and laughing with each other.

    When they sold me the tv it was an open box and didn’t inform me that I needed an original fire tv remote to operate and program it. They said I could buy a replacement remote and it would suffice. They’re wrong and I’m now past the return window with a useless tv. Terrible customer service.

    Terrible purchase. Less than one month after purchasing it shuts off all time and then requires going through a factory reset over and over.

    The tv is great — my only complaint is this new tech smell that hasn’t gone away. I’ve had it for almost 30 days and it’s hasn’t gotten better. Otherwise, the tv works as it should but the smell could be a deal breaker for some. I’m hoping it gets better …

    Alright TV for a 3yr old bedroom. Has a slow processing system and just doesn't seem to "keep up" with input selection.

    This is the worst TV I've ever bought. It's settings are all wonky. It just decides you're fine watching it and turns off. I have it in the background for noise. Even that it sucks at.

    Lost Internect connection after 5 months

    Purchased on June 19, 2024. It lost Internet connection exactly 5 months later, and will not re-connect after dozens of tries and following all the recommendations. I do not have a problem with any other Internet device in my home, and the TV actually shows a strong Internet strength, but won't connect. Total waste of money.

    Thought I was getting a good deal. Purchased 2 of these in March 2025. Mine is mounted on my wall in my bedroom. I woke up to a black screen with sound. It is only July.
