    The sound is horrble on certain streaming chanels. Static, echo on my youtube tv channel. I have 2 other Tvs in the home and it only happens on this televsion.

    Very difficult to operate. Unfortunately it sat in the box too long before unpacking to set to use so cant return. Absolutely do not like this tv, not user friendly at all.

    Tv has connections issue with hdmi

    Only one hdmi port works in the back of the tv. Went to store and asked for a replacement and was told they couldnt do that and i needed to contact the manufacturer.

    I tried to contact you by your website but it was possible. I wanted to return the orde. I didn't go directly to the store because I had have time. When I tried again by the website, it staid : “ non retornable”

    The TV does not boot up when turned on. It has to be unplugged and then turned on. Sometimes this has to be done a few times to get the TV to work.

    The picture quality on this TV is absolutely horrible. I didn't have high expectations and only needed it for a three day tradeshow, but it was embarrassingly bad. Would not recommend unless you don't care about picture quality and accurate colors and need something cheap.

    It's ok if u don't mind 720p. For a little extra you could get 1080 or 4k. Also the FireTV seems laggy.

    I ordered the 32 inch fire stick TV and I don't know if it was your third party but somebody canceled it somebody returned it and I didn't so I will never never be buying from Best buy again that is my review and your place sucks

    Did not know “smart fire tv” was different than a smart tv. Sales associate did not,would not explain the difference.
