    Too many times I've had to reset. It sits next to a Samsung tv and only time similar is when my internet was disrupted. HAs small storage and a very simple and not suffocated tv

    Opened the television a week after Christmas and probably day 2 maybe 3 we noticed a crack on the television and we attempted to take it back and best buy staff were nit helpful.

    I purchased this tv about 10 months ago and the tv kept dying while you watch. I have to unplug it all the time to fix the problem and won't let you change the channel also problem with volume. That really upset me.

    Its cool if you want a slow tv as far as smart tv. Maybe good for just an antenna.

    Horrible internet connection. TV won't stay connected. I thought was the internet this whole time and its the TV.

    Reception with antenna is bad. Every time I re-scan I get different results. I was getting a good signal for channel 7 but bad signals for many other channels. Re-scanned a few times. Now I get a bad signal for channel 7 but good signals for other channels. (I had no problems with my 10 year old tv.) Otherwise, I would give four or five stars for this TV.

    The television I purchased was defective, and I used my $10 rewards when I bought it. I returned the TV to Best Buy, but they did not return the rewards to my account.

    I bought four tvs was charged for eight.... returned four tvs for refund received refund then you guy took it back... now im out of 450 worst experience ever

    My TV was delivered without feet, cords or remote, just the screen. This was a gift, when my daughter tried to return to store they would not give her the accessory because it was open box. So I guess Best Buy can sell a tv with just a screen. Awful, rude return.

    Sorry to say; worked great for three months now it works off and on. It replaced a unit that worked for eight years. Now sometimes no picture, sometimes no sound, sometimes no picture and no sound.????? I have had a lot of Good Luck with Best Buy - until now, What to do?
