The screws for the TV legs were wrong size. She ended up have to use the cushion to support the TV. Wish that best but will send the correct screw to her place

missing Q4 screws to connect TV stands

Product quality.

The TV will freeze up and nothing works, no picture, no sound. Unit is past the store return policy. I do not recommend this version of an Insignia TV.

It's not really a tv it's a streaming, computer monitor. well guess you get what you pay for. lesson learn. its' mostly amazon, so sick of amazon.

The tv is extremely slow when doing anything. I know that should be expected with cheap stuff but it truly feels like broken, unpolished software rather than just cheap.

Terrible picture quality, no matter what setting I chose. Colors are very off, it blurred and illegible. It made me headache. I am returned this TV the third day. Not a good buy

Frustrating

Tried for over 16hrs. and every entity (Best Buy, Insignia, Amazon, Xfinity) blames the other one. I have a TV from 1967 that takes a minute and a half to warm up and am now using that.
