But, when I noticed the TV a few days later to be on sale, I use the customer service chat and wanted to know if I could get that price. He rudely argued with me as to whether my purchase and an open box or reg purchase. I did not appreciate the tone of that chat at all.

You get what you pay for.

Its been less that a year and now its extremely slow, wont turn on unless you unplug it and then plug back in, and the volume has gone haywire. You'll be watching at a normal volume and ever 5-10 seconds it will randomly blare at full volume for 2-3 seconds and then go back down to normal volume. Makes it impossible to enjoy. And of course we're just out the money. Will never purchase from this brand again.

Pretty decent for 90$

If you only want to use Amazon then this is perfect. But considering I paid under 100 bucks I feel it is worth it. Cant speak to how long it will last as I have only had it a few weeks. The sound does suck tho. You can hear it for sure but dang its pretty bland.
