It’s a good TV just a little week with the volume.

This tv is awesome clarity is amazing size is perfect

I bought this tv for my son and i have had nothing but problems. The remote NEVER works, it takes forever to turn on, when it does, and it is just frozen at all times. Possibly i got a bad one, but i am so frustrated that i could honestly just throw it out the window. this has been going on for over a year now.

Great tv at a great price!! Cute little tv that does the job! Easy plug and play. Not heavy, used the stand and got it turned on with no issues. Easy set up and the screen and sound is good.

I purchased this TV about 9 months ago and every day I wish I'd been able to spend a little bit to get something better. The remote has a delay that makes searching, changing apps or even sometimes just changing the volume difficult, and also coming from a Roku the home button is in a bad place. The settings menus are hard to find and many of the features don't work. The interface is clunky and seems to think trying to sell me things is more important than why I have a TV in the first place. A lot of the apps that I've gotten from the Amazon app store just barely work, this could be a storage issue because without extra storage this TV has less than my cell phone. For any Crunchyroll users out there, the app on the TV it's one if the ones that just barely works, you MIGHT get to watch 1 episode before it force closes and you have to start from the home menu all over again Also, while you can have multiple profiles in it, it appears you can only have one Amazon account registered to it, so if you have a household with more than one Amazon account you have to unregister and re-register to switch accounts. It's pretty inconvenient. There were difficulties logging in to hbo max and Disney+ that required restarting the TV several times to get past. The best I can say about it is that most of the time the picture quality of is good, however in Netflix if you rewind when you play forward again it's terrible even if you have you settings so that should prevent that. Overall I would never recommend this to a friend and I'm not likely to purchase an insignia or fire TV again.

Great for kid’s bedrooms! A big hit with a very hard to please group!

I purchased a 32 Insignia Fire TV I love it my husband loves the HD like being at the movie theater very good buy the price was excellent planning on buying another one also has alot of features just love it.

Was good - Better than I expected. Best Buy is not a retailer I generally use, but they were great! They had the product I was looking for at a great price. I ordered it online & drove over to pick it up.

Very pleased with this purchase, especially for the low price of $80. Sound quality not the best, but I have a sound bar hooked up to it. I really like the Bluetooth option, as well, for headphones.

The customer service rep that brought it out. I think he was probably a manager, but he was awesome.client loved new tv
