I bought it for my basement gym because it was a good deal. I could not get the remote to pair with the tv no matter what I tried. I called support. I tried every method they suggested. I watched the YouTube videos on how to get the remote to pair of it’s only working to turn the tv on and off. I had no luck. I tried changing batteries. I bought two other remotes compatible with this tv. Nothing worked. Waste of time. So I returned the tv and bought one that was twice the price, different brand. No issues whatsoever. Worked right out of the box. I have two other tvs in my house have owned many others and never had that problem before. Obviously it’s a known issue because Best Buy sent me the YouTube videos to try to get the remote to pair.
