    My TV was supposed to be delivered. I was given the date and time the delivery person showed up on the wrong day when I was not available. The TV was apparently sent back to a warehouse. I was unable to get a straight answer from anybody on the phone or through the Internet. I went to the store. Nobody could tell me a darn thing I had to order another TV I had to wait 45 minutes before somebody even acknowledged that I was there and they picked out the wrong free antenna for my TV. I was given nothing but misinformation etc. etc. an absolute nightmare.

    App crash constantly

    Good luck getting any of your apps to work consistently, know you have to go in clear the cache, uninstall, force stop and repeat every time you want to just one of your app to work. There might be some days where you have no problems and Abs all work then one day you turn on the TV start an app and it crashes and get the app bring the app again and it crashes again you to bring the app it up again, and it crashes again. Troubleshooting will tell you to force stop clear, cache, uninstall, reinstall, and somehow that will make it work perfectly fine no you’ll have to do it again do it again and do it

    Piece of crap

    I want and bought a TV fresh out the box paid someone to have it mounted on the wall went through the hassle setting the stupid thing up and the speakers don’t work try troubleshooting it. Yeah yeah yeah doesn’t work even have my computer WizKid daughter set it up. It didn’t work. Apparently this brand has history of having issues the bottom do not buy this brand, and if you do before you do anything plug it in and make sure the thing works before you mount it or even go to the hassle of getting it out of the store don’t buy it

    Came missing the power cable and remote control batteries. Purchased cables separately and then the remote wouldn’t sync to the tv. Had to exchange for another tv.

    Regret My Purchase.

    Two things I don't like at all: The sound is not monitored the way it is on better TVs. That is, I'll have it set to "21", walk into the other room, and it jumps up to "64" or more when it changes to a commercial or another program. I watch this early in the morning and I'm sure others don't appreciate it. Furthermore, its "news" option is right-leaning. That is, it's equally divided between traditional, reputable news sources (ABC, etc) and extremist sources such asNewMax.

    Super fragile. Stood up off my bed and the remote fell off my lap,bounced off my table and into the tv, shattering the whole display. Will not buy again.

    The tv, plays only Amazon fire tv, which I didn't know. I just want a regular tv. I didn't want a tv, where you have to constantly go into the apps to clean the cache.

    Do not buy this TV

    I bought this TV for my sons room as I have a smaller version by the same brand in our room. The 32 inch tv is the worst purchase I have ever made. The TV constantly freezes at the home screen and also resets when searching in amazon video, netflix, and hulu. It litterly takes 45 minutes to find a show and get it to start. It restarts every single time we try to search. Do not buy this tv, it is a lemon and best buy should be embarrassed to sell it.

    Not even minimal rating scored.The television I purchased on my fixed income was stolen,and sold to me.I was given no resolution.No alternative television,No credit,accomodations of ANY sort.AND,I HAD TO WAIT TO GETY REFUND.YES, I would Love to win,so I can go buy the television that I didn't receive.Very bad practice of stolen TV,NOT the customers fault., DEFINITELY appalled.

    You get what you pay for

    Got this on sale and its a piece of junk! It shuts off for no reason and doesnt always connect to my antenna or sound bar. The remote is rattly cheap plastic thats already fallen a part and I had to buy a replacement remote. I have only had for a few months and have had nothing but problems and bow past teturn date so stuck with it. Never buying anything from Best But again! I'm done!

    Not happy with this TV or Best Buy

    The Fire TV does not work with Spectrum TV which makes it worthless in my area. Took the time to put it together, go thru the set up and hours trying to add my streaming app. Had to call customer support to finally be told Spectrum is not a supported app. Not happy with Best Buy.

    Get a Roku instead...

    This TV is very slow and when it comes to setting up passwords, the verbiage makes it seem like you're setting up a password so your kid can't access certain content but it's to access ANY content. Horrible platform, wish I would have stuck with the Roku...Decent TV if it's not going to be used and setup for children.

    Waste of money

    Have never disliked a TV more than this one. Voice activation sucks. Unable to do previous channel changes. It goes back to the guide every time. Audio is often out of sync with picture. Do not buy this TV.

    The worst purchase ever! App’s stopped working randomly, powers off on its own, gets stuck on the firetv screen for long periods of time. Stopped working completely after about a year.

    Closed Captioning Failed!

    Changed channels, closed captioning (CC) disappeared! Always went back to Setting after every changing channel to set up CC over and over again. It was good for first four months after purchased 32 inches Insignia TV. For some reasons, TV updated itself without my knowledges. Not good!

    Cord didn’t plug into the tv.

    I got the tv for my daughter for Christmas. She was trying to set it up but the cord that plugs into the tv was non functional. I tried for an hour to get it into the tv. Would not fit. I could not contact Best Buy. Very frustrating.

    Absolutely sucks these have to be refurbished tv because this is a you get what you pay for tv. When plugging up the television it took 30 minutes to download what had to download the the tv went black and i could hardly see the picture DONT BUY WAST OF MONEY
