Customers are saying

Customers praise the 32" Class F40 Series LED Full HD (1080p) Smart Fire TV for its fantastic picture quality, ease of setup, perfect size, and lightweight design. However, some customers have reported experiencing random and disturbing loud noises coming from the TV. Overall, the positive aspects of the TV seem to outweigh the negative ones.

I only payed $80 for this TV so for that price it was worth it . But the picture quality is average at best and the sound is not great.

Bought this upgrade to my last 32 inch and sadly it’s junk. Great picture “when” it wants to work….randomly goes to a green scratchy screen and I have to unplug it and restart it. I use it for random sports on the side I’m watching and this tv isn’t worth the money. Spend the extra to get an LG or Sony. Won’t buy Insignia ever again.

Not happy with this purchase! The picture quality is poor, but the biggest issue is that about once a week, the TV randomly starts making loud, disturbing noises and the picture disappears. The only way to shut it off is to unplug it. I will be returning it.

Had to take it back for another TV. 2 days and nobody could get it to accept COX cable as its main source of input. Far too many work arounds required to use our cable source. Every other TV we have, you fire it up and it starts with the last COX channel you watched. This TV insisted on always coming up to a menu where you really were expected to connect to a streaming service.

I got this TV for my wife to watch TV while recovering from foot surgery. She found that it had vertical blue lines on the screen while streaming shows. I took it back and replaced it with another tv that used an older format. So happy wife happy life.

pixel error and restarts automatically every few hours. This occurs daily. Other users have reported similar issue. Missed the return window due to other engagements. Not sure if this is due to Fire TV software or something wrong with Insignia.

Television wouldn't work and all of the foreign speaking customer service people were no help at all. I explained multiple times that nothing would come up on the screen. They kept telling me to pick a different option for setting it up. There were no options because nothing came up. Then returning it was a hassle. Finally got my money refunded.
