Quirky TV

Turing it off with the remote does not reset it. You must unplug it and plug it back in. Randomly the sound will not work, or the apps won't work properly. It works ok most of the time. We have it in our RV and do not use it full time.

Garbage

The first few weeks I had it, it was great. I loved that it only had one remote for the firestick part and it has a sleep timer. Few weeks in and the TV freezes with green lines going up and down. Few days later and I turn it on and the sound doesn't work. I turn it off and on a few times and it works. Next time I had to unplug it to get it to work correctly. I went to return it to Best Buy and was past the return date. They sent me over to get it repaired and the gal said it would cost more to ship it out and fix it than to buy a new TV. I will never buy another TV from Best Buy. Every other TV I have bought has had atleast a year warranty and I have never bought one that did not work correctly for many many years.
